Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
XDV top entry ball valves are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API 6D and ASME B16.34. Can meet API 607 sixth edition and API 6FA third edition specification requirements. The valve size range is from 2 inch to 48 inch, pressure rating is from 150LB to 2500LB. Casting Floating Ball Valve
XDV Cast Floating ball design supports the ball with two PTFE seats, one on the upstream and the other on the downstream side of the ball. The upstream pressure pushes the ball which compresses the downstream side seat to completely shut off fluid control. Double Block & Bleed Ball Valve

Wafer Type Concentric Butterfly Valve
The XDV Concentric Butterfly Valves is designed to maintain a seal against bi-directional pressure differential to prevent backflow in systems designed for unidirectional flow. it accomplishes this with a tightly fitting seal, i.e. gasket, O-ring, precision machined, and a flat valve face on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve, valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the valve body. This allows them to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. This setup permits either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side.

Wafer Type Double Eccentric Butterfly Valve
XDV offers a comprehensive range of Triple-offset/Double-offset Butterfly Valves in a variety of pressure classes, body styles and materials to address critical process requirements in diverse industries such as hydrocarbon, power, chemicals, fertilizer, etc. The product range covers valves in ASME classes up to 600, in sizes up to120"(3000 mm), in carbon steel, stainless steel alloy steels, suitable for temperatures as high as 538 Deg c (1000 Deg F). Based on customer requirements valves in higher pressure classes, larger sizes and other materials are offered. The range comprises valves for cryogenic services also. The metal-seated valves conform to APl 609. Triple-offset/Double-offset Butterfly Valves are truly bi-directional and offer high-integrity sealing. All machining operations are carried out on 5-axis machining centers. Customized welding machines are also employed for the manufacture of these products.
