Under the leadership of the principal researcher Professor Liu Huan 'an, a new type of high temperature mechanical  properties of excellent,can completely replace somehighernickel containing more expensive austeniticstainless steel,and can improve thecompetitivenessof the product to achieve greater economic benefits.

 

According to introduction, due to the low nickel content of XDS-7-2, can greatly reduce the cost of alloy; Its yield strength is much higher than that of austenitic stainless steel. The equipment and components  designed based on the yield limit of materials can appropriately reduce their wall thickness, thus reducing the material, reducing the cost of installation, maintenance and transportation, and further reducing the  cost of equipment. In addition, XDS-7-2 has high hardness, heat treatment precipitation hardening, and excellent wear and corrosion resistance, so the equipment manufactured by XDS-7-2 is completely in line  with the modern material design concept, and can play its maximum utility in LCC (Life Cycle cost). Xds-7-2 can be used in various high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid working conditions, such as drying  tower, absorption tower, low temperature heat recovery tower and pump valve pipeline and other equipment, the application prospect is broad.
