The hydraulic model was optimized using CFD technology.
Design software such as Pro/E 5.0, ANSYS ICEM, and ANSYS Fluent were used to ensure the performance of the hydraulic model, enabling the pump to operate in its high-efficiency range.
Structurally, an advanced three-point anti-vibration design principle was adopted, designed according to the VS4 type structure in IPA610. The submersion depth can reach over 3.6 meters using a single long shaft structure, overcoming the shortcomings of current methods that use multiple shaft segments connected to form a long shaft, ensuring reliable operation.
