Recently, under the witness of the third-party CCS, the water injection, venting and grouting system valve developed by XDV Industrial for the "CNOOC Engineering Jacket Accessories Localization Project" successfully passed all the test items required by CNOOC and successfully passed the acceptance by the CNOOC expert group. The successful development of this valve will also herald the gradual localization of my country's underwater system valves, and XDV also has the basic requirements for batch supply.

In order to meet the special working conditions in the water injection and venting system where the valve needs to withstand both internal and external pressures at the same time, we have added a valve stem anti-blowout and blow-in structure to the conventional valve design, and all sealing parts are sealed with redundant design to make it meet the requirements of underwater 450 Meter simulation conditions requirements.

In addition to the conventional pressure test, the valve also needs to undergo a simulated underwater high-pressure test. To this end, we have independently developed a set of underwater simulated high-pressure test chambers to simulate the seabed environment 450 meters underwater. During the test, the valve successfully passed simulation tests (casing, sealing, action, etc.).

The successful development of XDV's water injection and venting system and grouting system valves marks a major breakthrough for XDV Valve in this field. It is the first time for a domestic valve manufacturer to replace imported valves with domestically produced jacket water injection and venting and grouting system valves.
