Another postdoctoral fellow from XDV Industrial Group has graduated

On March 5, 2024, XDV Group held a postdoctoral exit assessment report meeting between Xiamen University and XDV Group.

Wu Dezhi, professor and doctoral supervisor at Xiamen University; Chen Qinnan, associate professor at Xiamen University; Ren Yan, professor at Wenzhou University; Ouyang Minghui, director of the Materials Center of XDV Research Institute and senior engineer; Liu Changdeng, manager of the Valve Development Department of XDV Group; and Wang Qiang, senior engineer of XDV Group, serve as members of the assessment expert group.

Wang Liang, deputy director of the Technical Department of Wenzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, You Yinping, deputy director of Yongjia County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Dong Weiwei, chief of the Talent Development Management Section of Yongjia County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Ye Jixuan, chairman of XDV Group, and Fan Wendong, chief valve engineer of XDV Group, and other relevant leaders attended the meeting.

The meeting was chaired by Wang Qiang, assistant to the president of the group. Dr. Zhang Cheng made an exit report on the postdoctoral project, reporting on the completion of the project and other management work done during the postdoctoral period, the results achieved and the benefits generated.

The assessment experts asked targeted questions and demonstrated their research topics, and gave guiding suggestions on the feasibility of their practical applications. The leaders present at the meeting affirmed the postdoctoral work of our company and provided guidance on the work of our postdoctoral workstation, pointing out that the successful completion of this postdoctoral workstation has laid a good foundation for future postdoctoral work. They hope that our company can vigorously cultivate talents under the relevant national policies on postdoctoral, high-level talents and projects, form a good training mechanism, attract and use high-level professional and technical talents to promote the rapid development of discipline construction, and provide more powerful support for scientific research.

After the meeting, on behalf of the group, Chairman Ye Jixuan expressed his gratitude to the leaders of various departments and experts for their presence and expressed his hope that they would continue to support our scientific research work. He also fully affirmed Dr. Zhang Cheng's work performance and scientific research achievements during his stay at the station. He said that our company will use the important platform of the postdoctoral research workstation to give full play to the advantages of the company's team and expand and strengthen XDV's pump and valve business.
