Recently, the second session of the 8th Member Representative Conference of the Valve Branch of the China General Machinery Industry Association was successfully held. Ye Jixuan, Chairman of Xuanda Industrial Group, attended the meeting as Vice Chairman of the China Valve Association. He joined Huang Li, President of the China General Machinery Industry Association; Sui Yongbin, Honorary President and Chief Supervisor; Zhang Zonglie, Vice President; industry leaders, experts, scholars, and corporate representatives to discuss the industry's development plans and draw a blueprint for transformation and upgrading.

The meeting reported on the economic operation of the valve industry in 2024, pointing out that under the guidance of the "manufacturing power" and "dual carbon" strategies, the scale of the industry has steadily increased, and technological innovation and green intelligent manufacturing have achieved remarkable results, but at the same time it also faces challenges such as intensified international competition and insufficient innovation capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The meeting reviewed and approved several proposals, including adjustments to the Board of Directors, additional membership, and the establishment of a specialized committee for control and safety valves. Awards were also presented for outstanding exhibits at the 12th Fluid Machinery Exhibition. Representatives from various companies offered suggestions and recommendations on topics such as localization and industrial chain collaboration. The meeting called for industry collaboration, resistance to internal competition, and a joint push for high-end and intelligent transformation, laying the foundation for a successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and a strong start to the 15th Five-Year Plan.

This conference has pointed out the direction for the valve industry to move towards high-end and intelligent development. Xuanda Industrial Group will continue to work with the association and its member units to jointly promote industrial innovation and structural optimization, and contribute more to the development of China's general machinery industry.
